I was born and raised in upstate New York and live with my husband Joel, 18-year-old step-son James, 5-year-old daughter Olivia and 2 cats & 2 dogs. We spend most of our time in the kitchen testing out homemade creations. If we're not in the kitchen you can find us outside enjoying our backyard & garden, taking walks with our dogs, hiking or enjoying nearby lakes and parks.
As you might guess by the name of my company, my journey into holistic wellness started out in pharmacy. I graduated from the Albany College of Pharmacy in 2013, which was a dream that I’d had since 11th grade. For the next eight years, I worked as a pharmacist. It wasn’t what I’d hoped. My job left me disappointed in the realities of the healthcare industry. I was drained and unfulfilled. I didn’t feel like I was helping people the way I’d always envisioned.
When I had my daughter, I knew I wanted to be a positive role model by showing how important it is to do what makes you feel happy and fulfilled. It was the fire that fueled me to sign up for the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. In August 2021, I earned my certification as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and started Pharm to Wellness. I realized this would be a much better fit for me since I am drawn to taking a more natural, holistic approach to health and wellness.
Even after having many client success stories, I felt drawn to go deeper on an energetic and root cause level. In 2024 I became a certified Embodied Womb Practitioner to help women (and myself) heal unresolved traumas so they can restore their fertile life energy and become more attuned with their intuition. I also became certified in Fertile Foundations and mentored with well renowned Dr. Aumatma, a double board-certified Naturopathic Doctor & Endocrinologist with over 15 years of fertility experience.
Even before my daughter was born, I was becoming disillusioned by the healthcare industry – not just as an employee, but as a patient. When my husband and I decided it was time for us to expand our family, I did everything I could to prepare to become a mother. Unfortunately, getting pregnant took more time than either of us had anticipated and I was met with little to no support from my doctor.
After seven months of not conceiving and not getting any helpful advice from my OB-GYN, I knew it was time for a different approach. The first alternative modality I tried on my fertility journey was acupuncture. The acupuncturist taught me more about my body, mind and spirit through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
After four months of acupuncture treatments, I finally got a positive pregnancy test result. This experience taught me the importance of addressing the whole body and having the unconditional support of a practitioner to guide and empower you. During my pregnancy, when I realized that I wasn’t aligned with the type of support I was receiving at the OB-GYN's office, I decided to opt for a home birth with my midwife and doula.
All of this to say, my journey to becoming an integrative fertility coach has been a very personal one. I use my expertise as a healthcare provider and personal experience of what I’ve learned to help each of my clients while also recognizing the uniqueness of every woman, offering help that is tailored specifically to fit your needs.

Through my own fertility, pregnancy and postpartum journey, I learned just how significant it was to eat healthy, organic, whole foods. Wholesome nutrition supported my hormones and egg quality for fertility, powered me through my pregnancy and helped my body heal faster postpartum. This is why my guidance on optimal nutrition in the preconception phase is such a major part of my work.
A major element of my philosophy is doing things holistically or naturally. While many women may hear the word “natural” and assume that anything natural is automatically better for you, many of them don’t realize just how harmful the alternatives can be or how to look for "greenwashing" or misleading advertising. I came to this realization in 2016 when I discovered a beauty brand that created natural products free of parabens, phthalates, fragrances, and other harmful ingredients.
This sent me on a research spiral. Through gaining a greater awareness of my lifestyle choices, I learned how to support my body naturally and decrease exposure to harmful toxins such as endocrine disruptors. These can cause hormone imbalances leading to common conditions we see affecting fertility, such as estrogen dominance, endometriosis and PCOS. As your integrative fertility coach, I can help you minimize your exposure to harmful substances!
