She shared about her experience in loss of identity when she became a mom, as well as the emotional distress from raising little humans leading to burn out. Alice became determined to advocate for mother's happiness. Her mission is to help mothers feel confident, calm, present and at peace so they can raise happy kids while creating a life that energizes them.
