Living in upstate New York, surrounded by nature's beauty, I cherish hiking, gardening, and the comfort of home. My daughter Olivia, a joy at nearly five years old, constantly amazes me. As the founder of Happy Nourished Motherhood and the creator of Feminine Formula, my journey has been deeply influenced by my experiences, including a transformative shift from conventional pharmacy to holistic practices.
My Journey to Fertility Awareness
After dedicating over a decade to birth control, my initial attempts to conceive were fraught with challenges, revealing the complex nature of fertility.
