Today's episode stems from reflections on a recent podcast interview where I explored the theme of shame—a pervasive force on the fertility journey. I've experienced it firsthand, I've seen it in my clients, and many women may unknowingly wrestle with this emotion. Let's explore how shame shapes and impacts our path.

 

As humans, we're energy beings—our thoughts, emotions, even objects like a mouse, all comprise energy. Emotions are meant to be felt and released. However, shame often festers within us, lying dormant in dark corners of our being. I remember a coach who said, "Once you shed light on shame, it can no longer hide." This phrase resonates with me deeply.

 

Reflect on childhood experiences: How many times were emotions dismissed with phrases like "be a good girl" or "stop crying"? Instead of expressing ourselves, we learned to suppress emotions. This creates distortions that manifest physically, resulting in symptoms. Our subconscious creates protective programs to survive emotional triggers, forming patterns that replay in our lives.

 

Consciousness and Vibrational Frequencies

Emotions have vibrational frequencies. Introducing the David Hawkins Scale of Consciousness, shame ranks at the lowest vibration—the point often associated with fear and shadow. To shine light on shame is to reclaim empowerment, elevating your vibration toward joy, courage, and acceptance. Processing and releasing shame with the right tools can transform your fertility journey, making it lighter, brighter, and more connected.
